Trindel Insurance Fund has a Leadership Supervision Training Program (LSTP). It is designed to help you gain the tools you need to lead  – to help you be the boss who knows the secret to motivating each person on his team, who gives great feedback and makes everyone feel valued.

  • Learn about goals and objectives, the difference between them, and why they are important.

  • Learn how goals are forward-facing and provide the organization with the direction in which it will move

  • Learn the tools you need for communication, identification, reporting and protection.

  • For safety to become part of  your culture, it has to be integrated into your values and principles, not a “one and done”, or else it will be come a conversation that dies. Learn how to keep safety alive.
